At Orange Cat Wholesale, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us with:

• Your order number

• The item number(s)

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

along with return instructions, if applicable.

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Non-Damaged Returns

Returns of non-defective merchandise may be accepted at our discretion and must:

• Be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Be in new, unused condition

• Include all original packaging

• Include a copy of the original invoice

Approved non-defective returns are subject to:

• A 30% restocking fee

• Return shipping costs paid by the customer

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used

• Items missing parts or original packaging

• Clearance or final sale merchandise (if applicable)

• Returns received without prior authorization

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment

method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the credit.
